MODIFICATION NO. 1 TO TASK ORDER NO. 210 ENTITLED. " REVIEW OF COMBUSTION ENGINEERING APPENDIX K SBLOCA ECCS EVALUATION METHODOLOGY" UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-03-95-026 The purpose of this modification is to increase the level of effort in the
' task order in accordance with your technical proposal dated April 25. 1997 and the attached 50W: increase the ceiling in the task order by $24.958.00, from
'$67.019.00 to $91.977.00; increase the amount obligated in the contract by
$24.958.00. from $67.019.00 to $91.977.00 and extend the period of performance of the task order from April 29. 1997 through July 31, 1997. Accordingly the subject task order is hereby modified as follows:
The third paragraph. beginning " Task Order number 210 . . ." is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No. 210 shall be in effect from June 3. 1996 through July 31. 1997. The total cost ceiling is $91.977.00, of which the sum of $87.778.00 represents the reimbursable costs and $4.199.00 represents the fixed fee.
The total funds obligated for full performance of this task order is
$91.977.00.
This task order obligates funds in the amount of $24.958.00. Accounting data for this task order modification is as follows:
