NRC letter to TVA dated April 26,1996, " Issuance of Technical Specification _ Amendments for theSequoyah Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and2 (TAC NOS. M84390 and M84391) (TS 92-07)
The purpose of this letter is to provide the revised elbow tap flow correlation coefficient as requested by the reference. The Unit 1 reactor coolant flow elbow tap transmitter 1-FT-68-6A flow correlation coefficient K value has been changed to 5679.58 from 5679.10. This change resulted from the discovery of a small calculation error that was created by the use of the wrong initial span for the transmitter of 355.17 inches water instead of 355.11 inches water. This change is so small that transmitter recalibration was not necessary.
