(1) decrease the unexpended balance of t1e contract by- $7.149.21 which reduces the guaranteed minimum obligated from $827,344.16 to $820,194.95: and (2) transfer a portion of the unexpended balance of the contract to Task Orders 008, 019, 036, and 051 of NRC 05 027. Accordingly, the contract is modified as follows:
Under Subsection B.2 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION TASK ORDERS (AUG i
1988) paragraph b'is delc'ed in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"b. The guaranteed minimum obligated by the Government is decreased by
$7,149.21. The amount 3resently ob'i0ated with res)ect to this contract is $820,194.95. This o) ligated amount represents tie designated minimum of 2.5 staff years of effort for years 1 through 3 of contract performance (see Clause I.11). The Contracting Officer shall issue orders for work up to the minum of 2.5 staft years of effort.
Thereafter, funds will be obligated on each individual Task Order issued hereunder.
Funds under the guaranteed minimum obligated by the Government which are transferred to Task Orders 008, 019, 036 and 051 as follows:
