In accordance with 10 CFR
- 50. 54 (q), Con Edison subnits herewith a controlled copy of page changes to Books 1 and 2 of the Emergency Procedures Document (EPD) for Indian Point Unit Mos. 1 and 2. These changer:
t do not reduce the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan and the Energency Plan continues to meet the standard of 50.47 (b) and the requirements of Appendix E to 10 CFR 50.
As recommended in Generic Letter 81-17, entitled " Privacy and Proprietary Materials in Emergency Plans",
