As required by 10CFR71.12 (c), Deco has a copy of the relevant package approval; a copy of the drawings and documents referenced in the approval relating to the use and maintenance of the packaging and to the actions to be taken prior to shipment; complies with the terms and conditions of the approval and with those of 10CFR71, subparts A, G, and H.

It is requested that all future letters, SAR's, drawings etc. for the Westinghouse Hittman Nuclear, Incorporated, radioactive materials shipping cask, model numbers:
