The pur)ose of this modification is to decrease the ceiling and obligated amount )y $1.954.42 from $19.736.00 to $17.781.58 to reflect final spen (jing for the completion of this project in accordance with the contractors release dated May 28. 1997.
Section B.3 Considerations and Obligation - Cost Reimbursement, is deleted and the following substituted in lieu thereof:
"B.3 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION - COST REIMBURSEMENT (a) The total estimated cost to the Government for full performance of this contract is $17.781.58.
