TAC hUMBER FOR HC0G WORK The Mark 111 Centairrtent Hydrogen Control Owners Group (HCOG) is comprised of tour utilities that own BWR-6, Mark III plants:
Cleveland Electric Illuminating Certpany owning Perry, Unit 1 Gulf States titilities owning River Bend Units 1 ar.d 2 Illinois Power Ccmpany cwning Clinton, Unit 1 liississippi Power & Light Conpany owning Grand Gulf, Units 1 and 2.
The HCCG steks to derronstrate on a generic basis compliance with the require-rents in 10 CFR 50.44 for improved hydrogen control systems that can hardle large arrounts of hydrogen during and follcwing an accident. The initial sub-mittal describing the scope of its etfort is the llCOG Program Plan, submitted December 31, 1984 The review of sutmittals from the Mark III Centairrtent Hydrogen Control Owners Group (HCCG) should be charged to: TAC Number 60340, Planned Accomplishment humber 1142.
The scope of work to be charged to this TAC nur,ber incluces review of the HCOG Progran Plan submitted Decen.Ler 31, 1984 and subsequent submittals of reports ar.d etter information describing methods, results & conclusions of the tasks ic'entified in the liC0G Program Plan. Also included in the scope of work is review of other HC0G subnittels related to the HCOG program but not identified '
as a specific tosk in the Progran Plan.
