VOGTLE ELECTRIC GENERATING PLANT EMERGENCY PLAN REVISION 26 In accordance with 10CFR$0.54(q) and 10CFR 50.4(b)(5), Southern Nuclear Operating Company hereby submits Revision 26 to the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant (VEGP) Units 1 and 2 Emergency Plan (the Plan).
Revision 26 incorporates a change to the Minimum Statling for Power Operation, Table B-1.
Justification of the change is in enclosure 1. Enclosure 2 identifies the proposed revised pages.
Southern Nuclear Operating Company is submitting revision 26 for prior approval in accordance with the provision of 10CFR50.54(q) because of the recognized sensitivity of the NRC to changes to the Minimum Staffing for Power Operation. Table B-l. Southern Nuclear Operating Company does not believe revision 26 decreases the effectiveness of the Plan for reasons stated in the justification.
