By letter dated December 21, 1983, General Electric submitted an appil-cation for license authorizing export of two nuclear reactors for the SINOP-GE nuclear power plants in Turkey.

In accordance with 10 CFR 110.30 (f), General Electric hereby withdraws that application for it appears the license will no longer be needed.
