CONTRACT NO. NRC-03-90-027 TASK ORDER NO. 13. MODIFICATION NO. 3
Dear Dr. Komoriya:
This modification supersedes Modification No. 3 that was previously sent to you on June 5,1996, but was never executed by you. The purpose of this unilateral modification is to decrease the Task Order's ceiling and obligated amounts by
$409.28.
The cost ceiling associated with performance of Task Order No. 013 is hereby decreased by $409.28 from $32.805.00 to $32,395.72.
The total estimated reimbursable costs of $29.932.00 are hereby decreased by $409.28 to $29,522.72.
The fixed fee amount of $2.873.00 remains the same.
