AFFIDAVIT OF KATHERINE K.
PICKERING KATHERINE PICKERING, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1.
I reside at 2855 Croydon Road, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, approximately 10 miles f rom the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1.
- 2. I am a member of Three Mile Island Alert and the Three Mile Island Alert Planning Council.
3.
I understand that General Public Utilities Nuclear Corporation has requested a license amendment, published in 51 Fed. Reg. 459, to permit a revision of TMI-l's steam generator tube plugging criteria, and I understand that a request for a formal adjudicatory hearing was filed by TMIA concerning the subject license amendment on December 23, 1985.
- 4. I authorize TMIA to intervene on my behalf in this proceeding, and fully support TMIA's efforts on behalf of myself, TMIA members, and other members of the public living in the vicinity of the TMI reactors, to obtain a hearing on and litigate the safety of this license amendment.
