Dear Mr. Trenk:
We have reviewed the subject contract file documentation and have determined that-all actions have been completed.
All equipment assigned to this contract and contracts NRC-04 214 and 04-86-120 have been vested to the Memphis State University. Therefore, NRC relinquishes all rights to this equipment.
Total payment in the amount of $816,762.00 has been accomplished.
All obligations have been met by the parties and the contract is officially closed out.
