Dear Mr. Corriveau:

Enclewvi are four (4) copies of a NPTS permit application for Group II Storm Water discharges from Peach Bottom Generating Station. 'Ihe enclosed applicaticn as prepared pursuant to 40 TR Part 122 "The National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System", as amerded on Septenber 26, 1984. These storm water discharges are located on the outskirts of the station ard do not drain areas adjacent to the power plant.

Due to the recent charge in the NPDES regulations, these storm mter discharges require a-permit.

Philadelphia Electric Conpany hereby requests that the subject NPES permit be amerrled to include the storm mter discharges described in the attached permit application.

Pursuant to the guidance given by the Department, ptblic notification, municipal notification and applicaticn fees are rot required at this time.
