Transnuclear, Inc. , (requested anendments to exnort licenses XS'!ff02144 and XSfM02189 to increase the quantities of 93.3% uraniun-215 as follous:

License funber: XSNM92144 (for the BR-2 Research Reactor in Beinf u'1) from 51.300 kilograms to 51.322 (an increase of 22 crans)
License Number: XS!'M02199 (for the FM-1 and FR'i-2 Research Reactors in West Gerriany) frca 13.566 kilograns to 13.576 kilograms (an increase of 10 grans)
The sunplier of the material (DGE) advised Transnuclear that the cylinders were overfilled by these amounts. The licensee requested that flRC waive the 33-day waitino period for this amendment in order to neet the urgent shinning schedule.
Mr. Robin DeLaBarre of the Denartnent of State, and ?'s ?!ataly "artin of the Departnent of Energy, have concurred in the issuance of Anendment No. 02 to these export licenses.
Due to the small quantities of uranium-235 involved in the anendments, an exception from the full 30-day waitinn neriod is granted.
