Subsequent internal report has identified typographical errors involving numerical verification of the identification of eight plant changes and an error in the description of one of the design

changes. to this letter provides correction of the subject errors in the original report.
These corrections consist of replacement pages having the same page numbers as the original report, with the revised information indicated by change bars in the right-hand margin on each page.
