The purpose of this modification is to: (1) increase the Agreement's total estimated amount for the Base Year by
$18,000.00 from $35,000.00 to $53,000.00, (2) obligate $30,000 thereby increasing the obligated amount from $23,000.00 to
$53,000.00, and (3) change the name and the address of the Project Officer.
Accordingly, this Agreement is hereby modified 3
as follows:
1.
Article VIII entitled " Estimated Amount," first sentence, DELETE the amount of "$35,000.00" and REPLACE with
"$53,000.00.

Article IX entitled " Obligation of Funds," the first sentence is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"The amount presently obligated with respect to this Agreement is $53,000.00."

On page 6 of the Agreement, under the section entitled
" Fiscal Trackina Screadsheet," subparagraph (a), DELETE the name and address of the Project Officer and REPLACE with the following:
