Dear Dr. Patrick:
The purpose of this modification is to change the technical monitor for this task order to John Bradbury, NHSS/DWM/ENGB. Leroy Person remains the technical monitor for the overall contract. This modification results in no change to the ceiling of the task order of $147,245.
