I approve the staffs recommended action related to denial of the Oklahoma request to enter into an agreement which would exclude five SDMP sites, Sequoyah Fuels, Kerr-McGee facilities at l
Crescent and Cushing, Fansteel, and Kaiser Aluminum. I also approve the staffs approach for handling of requests for limited Agreements; however, the staff should continue to keep the Commission informed of negotiations forlimited Agreements prior to proposing final Agreements.
