Revised Page 3 of Core Operating Limits Report (COLR)
Cooper Nuclear Station, NRC Docket 50-298, DPR-46 The Nebraska Public Power District (the District) hereby requests that page 3 to the original COLR that was submitted as an attachment to the letter (NLS970072) dated April 29,1997, for Cycle 18 operation of CNS, be replaced by the revised page 3 attached to this letter.
The purpose of this revision to page 3 of the COLR is to reflect the references consistent with the Supplemental Reload License Report (SRLR), Revision I that was submitted as an attachment to the letter (NLS970099) dated May 9,1997, to support Cycle 18 operation at CNS.
This revision accounts for the following changes in Section 3.0 (References) on page 3 of the COLR:

NEDE-24011-P-A-13 (Reference 1) has been changed to NEDE-24011-P-A-13-US.
(2)
Supplemental Reload License Report for Cooper Nuclear Station Reload 17, Cycle 18,24A5399, Revision 0 (Reference 2) has been changed to Revision 1.
The above mentioned changes do not have any impact on the content and results of the rest of the COLR for Cycle 18 operation at CNS.
