Closecut of Contract No. NRC-04-81-183
Dear Mr. Meischeid:
I am in receipt of your letter dated October 23, 1996 disputing the contracting Officer's determination dated August 23, 1996 regarding an overpayment of $5,455.00.
Based upon your findings and the supporting documentation provided, I have determined that the aforementioned overpayment was not correct and no money is owed by the university.
I have reviewed the subject contract file documentation and have determined that all actions have been completed.
i Total payment in the amount of $853,055.00 has been accomplished.
All obligations have been met by the parties and the contract is officially closed out.
