Item i Reason for Violation: Gilbert Central Corp. was in violation of NRC regulations due to a
clerical oversight in not filing form -241 in the proper time to meet the NRC regulations.
Items 2 & 3 Corrective Steps: GCC will have a checklist in place to check of regulatory
requirements before transferring any nuclear gauges to non-agreement states.
Item 4 Full Compliance: Full compliance was achieved on February 17,1997, three days aller
Form-241 was fded
