Enclosed please find an aonlication fron Reuter-Stokes, Incornorated, for a license to export one uncomoensated ionization chanber, valued at 99,159.19 and four proportional counters, valued at $295.07 each, to orazil for use in the 10 Ki! Argonaut-tvoe research reactor located at the Institute De Ennenharia fluclear in Reo de Janeiro.
Before taking action on this license anplication, we would annreciate your views, in accordance with established nrocedures, as to whether the prooosed export meets the apnlicable criteria in the Atomic Enerov Act as anended by the fluclear flonoroliferation Act of 1972.
