Dear Mr. MacDonald:
Please register NUMEC under the provisions of 71.12(b) of 10 CFR 71 to use the 30A, 30B and Model OR-30 to ship heels.
Please register us to use these models under NUMEC licenses SNM-414, Docket 70-364 and SNM-145, Docket 70-135.
We will be shipping these containers in accordance with Amendment 71-16, SNM-928, Docket 70-925 which we will have a copy of prior to making rhipments of " heel".
Please include us in your distribution of the amendments providing the package identification numbers for these packages.
