Dear Mr. Koval:

Enclosed is a copy of the February 1986 Discharge Monitoring Report for Permit No. PA 0047325. The following informaticn details data and/or non-compliances for some of the permitted outfalls:

Outfall 070: S-2 Sedimentation Pond There were no discharges to the S-2 pond during February. '!he total suspended solids sample of natural site runoff from the pond was however inadvertently missed. A check-off verification is now performed for all NPDES sampling requirements.

Outfall 271: Low Volume Waste Filter Bypass The TSS average monthly limit of 30 mg/l and daily maximum of 100 mg/l were exceeded (1658 mg/1). Beginning in March 1986 TSS treatment tests of this waste stream were initiated. Results will be available within the next few months to determine the appropriate treatment for this outfall. See Note 2 on Outfall 271 DMR.
