NRC-10-87-356 Modification No.13 Page 2 of 3 l The purpose of this modification is to rescind Modification No.12, due to the use of an l incorrect cost proposal the funding added was incorrect; and therefore this modificationis issued to replace it as follows: (1) extend the period of performance for one additional year, effective 3/17/97 through 3/16/98, with an option to extend for an additional one year period from 3/17/98 through 3/16/99; and (2) provide funds in the amount of $4,047.12 which increases the total obligated and ceiling amounts from $40,646.36 to $44,693.48. Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
- 1. Notice of Cooperative Agreement, item No.15, Fundina Source. is revised as follows:
