Modification No. 6 to Task Order No.1 Under l Contract No. NRC 33 93-182
Dear Ms. Bilger:
The subject contract expired on January 31, 1997, and we are initiating closeout action. However, pending completion of all required closeout requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under Task Order No.1 of this contract for other immediate agency requirements.
Therefore, enclosed for your review and execution are three (3) signed copies of the subject modification deobligating excess funds in the amount of
$2.672.03.
i Based on available information, there are excess funds remaining under Task Order No. 1 of this contract. Therefore, the purpose of this modification is to decrease the amount obligated by the Commission with l
respect to Task Order No. 1 by $2.672.03 from $220,390.53 to $217,718.50.
Accordingly Task Order No.1 is hereby revised as follows:
Under Modification No. 5, dated November 6,1996, the third paragraph is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
l "The total amount presently obligated by the Government with res>ect to this task order is $217,718.50 of which $203,095.61 represents tie estimated reimbursable costs and $14,622.89 represents the fixed fee."

All other terms and conditions, including the task order ceiling amount of
$232,930.75 and the fixed fee amount of $15,644.62 remains unchanged.
Please indicate your acceptance of this task order modification by having an i official who is authorized to bind your organization, execute three copies of this document. You should retain one fully executed copy for your files, and return two copies to the address below within ten (10) days from date of this letter.
