Dear Mr. Denton:
Georgia Power Company, acting on its own behalf and as agent for Oglethorpe Power Corporation, Municipal Electric Authority of Georgia, and the City of Dalton, Georgia, submitted Revision 5 to the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant (VEGP) imergency Plan (EP) on February 25, 1986.
This revision contained a typographical error in Table 0-2.
The substance of the error was to delete a commitment to train communicators / recorders in communications and records. This commitment has always been an element of VEGP's EP.
Since this deletion was a draf ting error, no hange bar is provided in Table 0-2.
This error will be corrected in Revision 6 of the VEGP EP.
