SUBJECT:
Fort Calhoun Station (FCS) Configuration Control Self Assessment Final Report The Reference 2 letter provided the Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) response to a Notice of Violation included in NRC Inspection Report 50-285/96-17. That letter also committed to provide the results of a self assessment of the configuration change controls currently in place at FCS.
Accordingly, attached is the FCS Configuration Control Self Assessment Final Report dated April 11, 1997.
