Supplemental Reload Licensing Report for Reload Cooper Nuclear Station, NRC Docket 50-298, DPR-46 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4 (b) (1), Nebraska Public Power District (the District) is hereby submitting the Supplemental Reload Licensing Report (SRLR),24A5399, Revision 1 for Reload 17, Cycle 18 at Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS), which replaces the SRLR,24A5399, Revision 0 which was previously submitted as one of the enclosures with letter (NLS970071) dated April 29,1997.
1 The purpose of this revision to the SRLR is to account for the following:
(1)
On page 7 of the original SRLR, the reference to NEDC 31892P, Extended Load Line Limit and ARTS Improvement Program Analyses for CNS Cycle 14, has been changed from Revision 0 (issued in January,1991) to Revision 1 (issued in May,1991).
(2)
On pages 8 and 21 of the original SRLR, the references to the March 1991 version of document NEDE-24011-P-A-US, and the February 1991 version of the document NEDE-24011-P-A,, have been changed to the most current version issued in August 1996.
(3)
On page 21 of the original SRLR, the reference to NEDO-03130-A has been corrected to redect NEDO-30130-A.
These editorial changes do not have any impact on any analyses and/or results documented in the previously submitted SRLR for Cycle 18 at CNS.
