Modification No. 12 to Task Order No. 10 Under Contract No.
NRC-33-92-203 The purpose of this modification is to deobligate funding in the amount of
$39,208.53 which decreases the obligated amount from $1,317,237.32 to
$1,278,028.79. Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made.
The third paragraph of the definitization letter is revised to read as follows:
"The amount presently obligated with respect to this task order is
$1,278,028.79, of which the amount of $1,228,873.84 represents the reimbursable costs, and the amount of $49,154.95 represents the fixed fee."
