- 1) increase the contract ceiling in i
the amount of $48,100.32 from $66.143.67 to $114.243.99. 2) provide l
incremental funding in the amount of $48.000 from $55.475.01 to $103.475.01.
and 3) extend the period of performance from October ~30. 1997 to December 31.
1 1997, in accordance with the attached modification to the statement of work.
Accordingly, the contract is modified as follows:
Section B.3, Consideration and Obligation -- Cost Plus Fixed Fee (Jun 1988).
paragraphs a. and c. are replaced with the following:
"(a) The total estimated cost to the Government for full performance of this contract is $114.243.99. of which the sum of $107.046.17 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which $7.197.82 represents the fixed fee. "
"(c) The amount obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is
$103.475.01."
Section F.3. Duration of Contract Period (MAR 1987). is revised to read as follows:
"This contract shall commence on 5/31/95 and will expire on 12/31/97."
All other terms and conditions of this contract remain the same.
