Dear Mr. Lofy:
The purpose of this modification is to:
(1) revise Task 2. under Work Reouirement and Schedule. of the task ordel statement of work (the intervening week of review required under Task 2 is to be performed at the NRC Region IV office instead at the contractor's home office). (2) increase the level of effort from 230 hours0.00266 days <br />0.0639 hours <br />3.80291e-4 weeks <br />8.7515e-5 months <br /> to 240 hours0.00278 days <br />0.0667 hours <br />3.968254e-4 weeks <br />9.132e-5 months <br />. and (3) increase the task order obligated and ceiling amounts by $3.870.00 from $35.525.83 to $39.395.83. Additionally, this letter / modification confirms verbal authorization provided on 4/18/97 to allow for these changes.
1 The Schedule Comoletion for task 2. under Work Renuirements and Schedule, is revised to read as follows:
I "The on-site inspection is sheduled to take 31 ace during the weeks of April 14-18. and April 28 - May 2.1997, wit 1 an intervening week of review at the Region IV office. April 21 - 25. 1997."
q The task order ceiling amount is $39.395.83.
The amount of $38.408.75 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, the amount of $54.64 represents the facilities capital' cost of money, and the amount of $932.44 represents the fixed fee.
