This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act as amended (Title 5, U.S. Code, Section 552).
I wish to obtain copies of all the interview notes from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's investigation into an incident at Commonwealth Edison's Zion Nuclear Power Station. The incident occurred February 21,
- 1937, when an operator moved the control rods at Zion Unit 1.
This would include, but not be limited to, notes, electronic notes, and memoranda produced by NRC personnel.
If all'or any part of my request is denied, please list the specific exemptions on which you are relying to withhold the information. If you datermine that portions of the requested material are exempt from rolease, I will expect, as FOIA requires, that you provide me with the non-exempt portions.
I am prepared to pay search fees and copying costs up to $100 for the requested material, but ask that you waive any such figures.
