The purpose of this modification is to increase the funding in the contract, l by $18,000.00 from $510,000.00 to $528,000.00. Accordingly, the contract is i hereby modified:
Section B.4, CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--DELIVERY ORDERS (JUN 1988),
paragraph (b), first sentence is deleted and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"(b) The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is
$528,000.00."
A summary of obligations for this contract from date of award through the date of this action is provided below:
TOTAL FY96 OBLIGATIONS: $275,000.00 TOTAL FY97 OBLIGATIONS: $253,000.00 1
CUMULATIVE TOTAL NRC OBLIGATIONS: $528,000.00 l This modification obligates funds in the amount of $18,000.00 l
All other terms and condition of the said contract remain unchanged.
