l NRC-10-87-356 Modification No.12 Page 2 of 3 The purpose of this modification is to (1) extend the period of performance for one additional year, effective 3/17/97 through 3/16/98, with an option to extend for an additional one ybar period from 3/17/98 through 3/16/99 and (2) provide funds in the amount of $3,991.12 which increases the total obligated and ceiling amounts to $44,637.48. Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
