This is in response to your letter dated January 6,1986, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), three categories of records % the NRC Office of Inspector and Auditor (0IA).

With regard to category one, the enclosed Appendix A is a list of records in OIA files subject to your request.

With regard to category two, the two records described on the enclosed Appendix B are not provided because they are records previously submitted by you. We assume these two records are still in your possession.

With regard to category three, enclosed is a copy of an undated document entitled " Report of Interview," created by OIA, which summarizes an interview with you and investigators Charles R. Kraus and Lyle B. Smith, 0IA, on January 3, 1986.
