January 17, 1986, contentions ordered filed on January 24, 1986 were -

received from eight partiesI to this proceeding. A prehearing conference was held on March 25-26, 1986 at Portsmouth, New Hampshire and oral arguments heard from intervenors to responses of State of New Hampshire, Applicant and NRC Staff on the filed contentions. The Board has considered these oral arguments, the written pleadings of the parties and as provided below makes its rulings on admissibility of the contentions filed by the parties. The Board has provided the parties with-the results of the Board's consideration of these contentions and 2
