CHAIRMAN I
Mr. Max Charles Kasmir
Dear Mr. Kasmir:
It is with great sadness that I express my condolences, and those of my-i Commission colleagues and the entire staff of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), on the recent death of your mother. Her loss is being felt throughout the agency, and particularly by her friends and associates in the Office of Administration, who were fortunate to have known and worked closely i
with her every day.
l I
A number of your mother's colleagues, especially in the Office of Personnel, also remember with warmth and appreciation your father, Sid, with whom they worked until his untimely death in 1981.
I hope that it is a source of both pride and consolation to you to know that both your parents are so highly i
regarded by the NRC staff who were associated with them.
We at NRC want you to know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and your i
family.
If we can be of any assistance to you in the coming weeks, please do not hesitate to call on us.
Sincerely, s
