~ Dear Sir orMadame-I Effective May 1,1997, Dr. C. Frederick Sears, has been appointed Director of the Breazeale Nuclear Reactor. A resume of Dr. Scar's nuclear experience is attached. Dr. Sears replaces Dr.
Warren F. Witzig who was serving as Interim Director.
