Task Order No. 9 entitled. " Amending Financial Protection Requirements for Permanently Shutdown Nuclear Power Reactors," under Contract No. NRC-04-95-065 In accordance with Section G.5(c) of the subject contract, this letter definitizes the subject task order. This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work and the contractor's technical proposal dated A)ril 3.1997, which is hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of t1e subject task order.
Task Order No. 9 shall be in effect from May 1. 1997 through January 31. 1998.
The total estimated ceiling for this task order is $25,882.
