In the Matter of the ) Docket Nos. 50-327 Tennessee Valley Authority ) 50-328 In accordance with 10 CFR Part 50.90, we are enclosing 40 copies of revised pages to our October 2, 1984 request (TVA SQN TS 60) for an amendment to licenses DPR-77 and DPR-79, to change the technical specifications of Sequoyah Nuclear Plant units 1 and 2 (enclosure). These revisions respond to comments from your staff in a September 13, 1985 telephone conversation. The revised pages clarify the original amendment and enhance conformance with the NRC standard for Radiological Effluent Technical Specifications (RETS).
These revised pages have been evaluated pursuant to 10 CFR 50.92. The justification for the proposed technical specification changes and the significant hazards consideration determination enclosed with the October 2, 1984 submittal are applicable.
A check for the $150 amendment fee required by 10 CFR 170.12 was enclosed with the October 2, 1984 submittal.
