Dear Mr. Denton:
With our letter of March 6,1986, referenced above, we transmitted the revised radiation survey report for the L-85 nuclear examination reactor for your information and review. The report was in support of our request for a final inspection of the facility prior to voluntary termination of License Number R-118 and release of the facility for unrestricted use.
Unfortunately, the Rockwell proprietary notice was inadvertently added to the title page for the radiation survey report.
The title page has now been revised by removal of the proprietary notice and copies of the revised page are enclosed to replace those on the document sub-mitted with our letter of March 6.
