Dear Ms. Hiatt:
This'is in response to your letter dated April 4, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act:
1.
Any correspondence, memoranda, or other documents in the NRC's possession concerning either the Department of Energy's Task Force on Nuclear Power Plant Construction or the White House Cabinet Council on Economic Affairs Working Group on Nuclear Power, concerning the Perry Nuclear Power Plant or its license applications, 2.
Any Perry-specific NRC management plan used or designed to expedite licensing, and 3.
The name of any senior NRC executive who may be assigned to 'the Perry Nuclear Power Plant to expedite or to manage licensing.
We have been informed by the staff that they are not aware of any records subject to your request.
However, with regard to category three, we are enclosing extracted pages from the. Region III Revised Fiscal Year 1985 Staffing Plan, which identifies regional staff members whose project responsibilities include the Perry plant.
For your information, the Perry plant project manager at the headquarters office is Mr. John Stefano.
