Dear Mr. Felton:
I acknowledge receipt of your letter of March 12, 1985.
The letters that you have identified, all related to a period in 1984.
I previously directed you to the Commission briefing of January 8,1985 in connection with this request.
I now direct you to a briefing from Philadelphia Electric Co. to the staff, headed by Mr. Martin of the regional office, in February,1985, at which PECo briefed the staff.
Copies of documents relating to these two briefings, and follow-up considerations, are requested within the scope of this FOIA request.
Your response is, unfortunately,-inadequate.
It is urgently requested, pursuant to the provisions of FOIA, that you provide a current and complete response.
The officials believed to have decaments relating to this request, for your assistance, include Mr. A. Schwencer and his staff, Mr. Martin of the regional office, and other officials. reporting to them.
