Dear Mr. Langenbach:
i This acknowledges receipt of your letter, dated May 19,1997, responding to the five l
actions requested in our Confirmatory Action Letter 1-97-011. In addition to the information supplied in this letter, we met with you on April 30,1997, to hear your presentation of the root causes for the weak exercise performance. We also observed your remedial exercise on May 13-15,1997, and performed a public exit meeting with you on May 28,1997. Our inspection and observations, participation in the above meetings, along with your letter is sufficient basis for us to conclude you have satisfied the requested actions contained in our Confirmatory Action Letter. We consider the Confirmatory Action Letter closed.
