Copies of the draft RTM-96 Supplements for the Paducah (TAC # L30589) and Portsmouth (TAC # L30588) GDPs have been received from our contractor and distributed per the attached list. l l

I We request that you or a member of your staff review these documents. After final issuance, these RTM Supplements will be used as guidance by the NRC staff during an emergency at the GDPs.

Please provide any comments or corrections to Yen-Ju Chen (email YJC) by COB May 9, 1997. Yen can also provide additional copies, if needed.
