On March 11, 1986, Intervenors Bridge Little Rorem, et al., filed a Motion to Compel Discovery from Applicant Commonwealth Edison Company with respect to certain portions of Intervenors' Quality Assurance Inter-rogatories and Requests to Produce, Third Set.
Because this matter relates to a discovery dispute between Intervenors and Applicant, the Staff does not intend to respond to Intervenors' Motion to Compel.
