Dear Sir:
In accordance with the provisions of Reference 1, the following informa-tion is submitted for the purpose of reporting the level of on-site property damage insurance carried for the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor (LACBWR) which is located at Genoa, Wisconsin.
The amount of primary insurance carried is $500 million. This coverage is provided by the ANI/MAERP Nuclear Pool under the Arkwright-Boston Manufac-turer's Mutual Insurance Company Policy No. N351 and the American Nuclear Insurer's Policy No. 5046.
the effective dates of the primary coverage are September 19, 1985 to ,
September 19, 1986.
In accordance with NRC letter, Crutchfield to Linder, dated September 12, 1983, Docket No. 50-409, LS05-83-09-012, Dairyland was exempted from the excess property insurance requirements of 10 CFR 50.54 (w).
