Contract No. NRC-04-93-058 Modification No. 9 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to incorporate indirect cost rates for the contractor's fiscal year 1997 in accordance with the attached DCAA letter dated November 7, 1996.
Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
