Dear Mr. Collins:
By letter of February 10, 1986, we wrote to you' requesting'a clari-fication of your office's understanding of the Lambert, MacGill
& Thomas ("LMT") system, and particularly, whether it is qualified to carry out the crack inspection responsibilities at the Hatch project site.
Although approximately six weeks has now expired from the date of t his letter, we have not received any communica-tion from your office.
We are enclosing herewith a copy of our February 10, 1986 letter for your convenience and review.
We would appreciate your earliest attention to this matter as our client's continued ability to obtain contracts depends upon there being no question as to our client's qualification.
